I don't know what I'd do with my snow blower. I'd have a bad back for sure after shovelling all the snow from my drive, that's for sure. Why do back breaking work when we have machines to do it for us?

I reckon baby clothes are worn so little before they're grown out of, that they're generally of excellent quality, even second hand.

There is no doubt that divorce affects your self-esteem. It is essential to do everything in your power to build your confidence back up again, because in this life Confidence is King! Sometimes this can be hard to do, ecpecially when you are feeling mentally battered and bruised and your whole world has turned upsidedown.

The tendency is to withdraw, whereas what you need to do is expand. A recent study has shown that just taking 5 minutes of green exercise (exercise taken in the presence of nature) has the power to lift your mood and boost your self-esteem. This is just one little thing which you can do; and every little thing helps.

I train indoors at home about half of the time by hitting the bag, doing katas and dumbbells. I like the getting together thing and I am starting to get light enough to do some sparring. I guess I’ll try to get into the karate school as part of my regular workout this year. I hope everyone has a plan B incase their normal workout can’t happen because as you know consistency is key.
